my Sunday adventures

Some pictures from my Sunday.

I had visitors and we went to the lake to have picnic :) Me and by brother also had a little adventure among the many, small, old and empty cottages in the area. It all went well until we found a big snake :P That's where I got so terrified I started to scream "snaaaake!!!!" and ran off as fast as I could, haha.

Enchantment

Yesterday I came across the Loobooks by Ruche. I spent all evening flipping though them over and over again. My favorite is Enchantment - a melodic daysream, spring 2012. Every single page is like a dream.

Barbapapa

Yesterday I found this mug in a store and I fell head over heels.

Barbapapa were three of my favorite books as a child and still a dear memory to me!









Now I'm just wishing Babar to become popular again :) Would love a mug of him as well ^^

Brimstone butterfly

Look what I found! :) We call these "lemon butterfly" in Swedish. :)

Yesterday I noticed an interesting tree with one million cones. When I went really close to get some close ups I notice the tree was blooming with wonderful pink flowers! :) So pretty!

I need some new interior decorations, so I made a boat! (or several) ^^

For this project I used a milk carton, cardboard, scrapbooking paper and a chopstick.
